If you know the short name of your brand or product, enter it into the Product Search box.

Why Does the System Seem Slow?
The speed of the system depends on your computer, as well as what is loaded on it, along with the type of internet access you have.

Why Create An Account?
If you’re a new customer, it’s faster for you to checkout the next time you visit our site, if you will create your account today. All of your information is secure and we do not save your credit card information within your account.

What Do I Do If I’m a Returning Customer?
If you are a returning customer put in your login name and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, put in your user id (login) and then request your password. It will be sent to the original email address under which you signed up. Or, you can simply re-register, if you prefer.

Do I Have to Fill in Both the Billing and Shipping Address?
Please insure that if your account’s shipping and billing addresses differ, both sides of the account profile are filled out. If they are the same, after you complete the shipping address, just click continue and the billing address will be populated.

What Should I Do If I Receive An Error While Checking Out?
The most common mistake is an AVS or address verification mistake. This error will prevent you from completing your order. If you use a debit card, you must make your billing address the address to which your bank statement is delivered.

Can I Use a PayPal?
Absolutely, you may use PayPal. However, please insure that you also list the items that you are ordering (even if you ordered online at this site) in the “note to seller” portion of the PayPal checkout screen. Sometimes, the PayPal link with our Miva Merchant system may fail to communicate the details of your order.

May I Use a P.O. Box?
You may use a P.O. Box if it is your billing address. However, as the free shipping is normally sent by UPS and they don’t normally deliver to P.O. Boxes. For Priority Mail, we use the U.S.P.S (U.S. Postal Service) and a P.O. Box is fine.

How Long Does Free Shipping Take?
Free shipping normally goes by UPS ground and should normally arrive in 5- 7 business days after the business day in which you placed your order, if you placed your order by 10 p.m. This assumes transport from East to West Coast, and does not include Alaska, Hawaii or any U.S. Territories, as we usually ship by U.S.P.S. Priority to these locations. Sometimes your order will arrive earlier than this. It would be an extremely rare instance in which your packages would arrive later than this. Most likely, you would have been notified of a longer delay due to an out of stock situation.

How Long Does Priority Shipping Take?
Priority shipping to the U.S. or to U.S. territories should normally arrive in 4 business days after the business day in which you placed your order, if your order was placed before noon. This assumes transport to all regular U.S. Priority Shipping locations, but does not include the final destination point of international APO type locations. Sometimes your order will arrive earlier than this. It would be an extremely rare instance in which your packages would arrive later than this. Most likely, you would have been notified of a longer delay due to an out of stock situation.

How Long Does International Shipping Take?
International shipping can take as long as 3 – 4 weeks, depending on the location. This assumes that you have placed your order by 10 p.m. on any business day. Europe and the Caribbean normally require two weeks transport time. Africa, South America and Asia may require three weeks. Sometimes your order will arrive earlier than this. It would be an extremely rare instance in which your packages would arrive later than this. Most likely, you would have been notified of a longer delay due to an out of stock situation.

Overnight Expedites in the U.S. and International Shipping and Handling Charges

We do provide an overnight guarantee (for orders placed Monday – Thursday) of in-stock products for $15.95, as long as your order is placed by 7:30 a.m. CST (5:30 a.m. PST or 8:30 a.m. EST). Depending on your location in the U.S., the carrier may be FedEx, UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. You must indicate a physical location, as some carriers cannot expedite to a P.O. Box address.

We cannot guarantee overnight shipping of in-stock items without an up-front minimum payment of $15.95 authorization for the shipping and handling fee. You must speak with a representative to confirm the product availability, as well as the carrier pickup or drop off availability from our warehouse to your location. For example, if you want overnight shipping on a Monday, it is best to email sales@makeup4sisters.com or call 1.866.404.6800 regarding arrangements by Sunday evening. We do ship internationally for a minimum of $15.95; due to our handling fees for international and U.S. expedited shipping some locations may be up to double that amount. Nintey-five percent of all international shipping is only $15.95, however. If you click $5.95, the U.S. shipping fee, you will delay your order’s normal processing. Normally, you will hear directly from us within 48 hours regarding additional fees required. Expedited international rates (two to three day expedites) start at $45.
